Messier & Associates, Inc. was founded by Fernando Messier in November 2001. A University of Louisville graduate in Civil Engineering, Fernando worked in the field before deciding to build his own company — steadily forming a client base of utility companies and engineering firms.
The company later branched into construction, offering hauling services to medium and large prime contractors across the Louisville and Southern Indiana areas. An aggressive expansion plan has kept it growing steadily since, adding services and reaching new customers across the Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio region.
Today, Messier & Associates is a certified DBE corporation with the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet — covering any DBE or MBE participation requirement on your contract, backed by real practical experience and long-term relationships.
